This paper introduced the basic principle of urea inclusion method. It also describedthe application of urea inclusion method combined with other methods in the separation of fatty acids. The combination of methods are as follows, molecular distillation technology, secondary inclusion separation method, complexation extraction of silver nitrate solution, gradient cooling method, solvent crystallization method, fractionation method, ultrasonic separation method, tartaric acid assisted separation method and supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction.
