以新技术企业为研究对象,结合技术创业实际重点考察了市场进入战略的选择,即新企业将什么样的产品与服务经由怎样的交易结构引入市场,进而兑现技术成果的商业价值。从进入战略创新的视角解释技术创业的高失败率与低成长现状问题。利用中国情境下的随机样本实证检验了新技术企业市场进入战略创新性对其初期绩效的影响。结果表明,创新性的进入战略选择是新技术企业谋求生存和成长的重要途径,特别是在推进新企业成长方面发挥着更加稳定且显著的作用;相对于产品与服务的创新可能牺牲新企业短期发展规模的现状来讲,在进入市场的交易结构上谋求创新不仅给新企业带来规模的增长,而且使其拥有更好的成长性,应成为技术创业的管理重点。
The relatedness of article takes the new technology venture in founding period as research target and mainly examines the the market entry strategy to the initial performance of the new venture. Using the random samples in Chinese context, it finds that the innovativeness of the market entry strategy improves the new technology ventures" initial performance as a whole, especially on new technology ventures" growth Comparing to the negative impacts of the product and service innovation on the initial scale, the innovation on transaction structure positively relates to the new venture performance, both growth and scale performance.
