内毒素是脓毒症最主要的致病因子,其可通过激活Toll样受体4跨膜信号通路,活化宿主免疫细胞,促进细胞因子和炎性介质的过度释放,导致组织损伤、多器官衰竭甚至死亡,因此,拮抗内毒素活性是提高脓毒症治疗效果的关键。从天然存在的内毒素结合蛋白中提取或者人工合成具有拮抗内毒素活性的蛋白/多肽类制剂是内毒素拮抗研究的主要方向之一。现对天然内毒素结合蛋白衍生肽拮抗内毒素的研究进展予以综述。

英文摘要：

Endotoxin,a major causative agent of sepsis,activates host immune cells by triggering of toll like receptor 4 transmembrane signaling,which secrete pro-inflammatory mediators and cytokines,resulting in tissues injury,multiple organ failure and even death.Thereby,antagonizing the activity of endotoxin is considered as the key point on intervention against sepsis.It is one of the important ways to attenuate the endotoxin-induced inflammatory responses using endotoxin neutralizing proteins/peptides,which could be directly synthesized or extracted from natural endotoxin binding protein.Here is to make a review on antagonizing effect of peptides derived from natural endotoxin binding protein against endotoxin.
