论述了微带分支线耦合器非破坏性测量固体电介质复介电常数的方法,阐明了3 dB分支线耦合器用于介电常数测量的原理,提出的分支线耦合器的输出与耦合端口各连接一段终端开路的微带线,待测物放在其中的一条线上.待测物的介电常数可通过测量两端口的散射参数的幅度进行计算.运用提出的方法,在2.45 GHz下测量了特氟龙、聚丙烯等固体电介质的复介电常数,其结果与文献相吻合.
A method for non-destructively measuring the complex permittivity of solid dielectric on a microwave branch coupler has been described in this paper.The principle of measuring the dielectric constant by using 3 dB branch coupler was illustrated.The device consists of a planar hybrid junction with the direct and coupled ports terminated by two identical open-ended transmission lines;one being loaded with the material under test (MUT).The complex permittivity of the MUT was evaluated by simply measuring the amplitudes of the reflected and the transmitted signals of the measuring device.The complex permittivity of the solid dielectric such as Teflon and Polypopylene has been measured at 2.45 GHz by using the proposed method.The results are agreed with that reported on the literatures.
