将某拼焊板车门各板件厚度及内板拼焊线位置作为变量,综合试验设计、响应面法、优化算法和蒙特卡罗模拟技术,提出了基于6σ稳健性的轻量化方法。算例结果表明,该方法在减轻车门质量的同时,提高了设计变量的可靠性和响应的稳健性,因此具有较强的工程实用性。
Taking the thicknesses of panels and the position of welding line of inner panel in a tailor-welded blank(TWB) door as variables and by using the combination of experimental design,response surface,optimization algorithm and Monte Carlo modeling technique,a lightweighting scheme based on 6σ robustness is proposed.The results of calculation example show that the scheme can not only reduce the mass of TWB door,but also enhance the reliability of design variables and the robustness of response,thus having strong engineering practicality.
