基于资源基础理论,创业是识别机会、整合资源形成企业竞争优势的资源开发过程。将创业资源开发过程中资源利用阶段划分为资源向能力转化、能力匹配和能力配置结构实施三个子过程,力求构建创业导向对资源利用的关系模型,为新创企业的战略制定提供参考。
New venture is considered as resource integration from opportunity identification to competitive advantages based on RBT. This paper divides the resource utilization stage of the resource development process into three subprocesses: transformation from resources to capability, capability matching and capacity structure application, with the aim to build the relationship model on the effects of entrepreneurial orientation on the entrepreneurial resource utilization for strategy reference.
