采用PEG辅助的共沉淀法制得载体TixSi1-xCe0.025O2.05(Sx);以浸渍法负载V2O5合成了多孔催化剂V2O5/TixSi1-xCe0.025O2.05(Catx),其结构和性能经FT-IR,XRD,N2吸附-脱附曲线和SEM表征.实验结果表明,Catx具有良好的多孔结构;x=0.2~0.8时,Cat0.2~Cat0.8的孔径在3 nm~5 nm; x=0.2时,Cat0.2在280℃~450℃对NOx的转化率高于80%.
The support [TixSi1-xCeo.025O2.05(Sx)] was prepared by PEG assistant coprecipitation.Porous catalysts[V2O5/TixSi1-xCe0.025O2.05 (Catx)] was synthesized by impregnation method.The structures and NH3-SCR performance were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm and SEM.The results showed that Catx exhibited meso pores,and the pore size was in the range of 3 nm to 5 nm when x =0.2 ~ 0.8.NOx was removed more than 80% at 280 ℃ ~ 450 ℃ over Cat0.2.
