产教融合是校企合作的深化，是培养高素质劳动者和技能型人才的有效途径。文章通过对我校投资与理财专业在校企合作中的现状和存在的问题进行分析，就如何深化校企合作、推进产教融合做了一些有益探索并提出了几点可操作的建议，以期对本专业的发展提供一些参考。

The integration of production and education is the deepening of college-enterprise cooperation, and it is also an effective way to cultivate high quality workers and skilled talents. Through analyzing present status and ex- isting problems of investment and financial management specialty in college-enterprise cooperation, this paper makes some beneficial exploration on how to deepen school-enterprise cooperation and promote the integration of production and education and puts forward some feasible suggestions, in order to provide some reference to the development of this specialty.
