依据偏差流理论,以某轿车车门与门框测试数据为基础,对车门与侧围的制造质量进行了统计分析,在考虑车门变形的情况下,引入有限元工具首次建立了车门-门框匹配间隙的预测模型,成功的应用此模型进行了匹配间隙的预测。
Base on Stream of variation theory, manufacturing quality of door and side are evaluated according to statistic analysis on their measured data. A prediction model of door-flange matching gap is established based on Finite Element Method under considering the door deformation. The model is successfully applying in predicting door-flange matching gap on their measured data.
