在异质总体中,混合回归模型是最重要的统计数据分析工具之一.而相对于对称分布,有偏分布更能获得准确有效的信息.该文提出了偏态数据下混合非线性回归模型,通过EM算法研究了该模型参数的极大似然估计,并通过随机模拟实验验证了所提出方法的有效性.最后,结合实际数据验证了该模型和方法具有实用性和可行性.
Mixture regression models are one of the most important statistical data analysis tools in a heterogeneous.Compared with the symmetric distribution,skew-normal distribution can obtain more comprehensive,more accurate and effective information.The nonlinear regression models with mixture skewnormal data is proposed in this paper and the maximum likelihood estimate for unknown parameters is investigated based on Expectation Maximization(EM)algorithm.Furthermore,some simulations to show that the proposed procedure works satisfactorily are made.Lastly,a real example is presented to illustrate the proposed methodology.
