英文摘要：

The findings from researching international knowledge management （KM） is given based on reviewing papers published in 20 leading academic journals in the world from 1990 to 2007. Data were analyzed from four aspects, including research topic, research methods, reference disciplines, and units of analysis. The international research characteristics and existing problems of KM are pointed. An empirical data develop KM discipline is also given.
