通过总结大量工程项目的使用经验,从统计学的角度提出一套评价沥青路面表面离析的方法。首先利用激光纹理仪获得沥青路面表面构造深度的信息,其次依据统计学的方法对该信息进行分析量化,然后通过Matlab软件编程,根据离析分级定量界限绘出离析效果四维图,最后根据离析效果四维图分析评价整个区域内的离析状况及其分布。工程应用实例表明:该方法操作便捷,对路面无损伤,评价的结果与路面实际情况比较吻合,能够为具体工程提供指导依据。
Authors ment from the point forward an evaluation method of surface segregation of asphalt paveview of statistics based on the practical experiences from lots of engineering projects. Firstly, information about surface configuration depth of asphalt pavement was got by the laser texture measurer, and it was analyzed based on the statistics. Then a fourdimensional chart about the evaluating segregation was protracted by Matlab program according to limiting ratios. At last, the segregation condition and its distribution in whole area according to four-dimensional chart of segregation effect were analyzed. Engineering application examples show that the evaluated result drew from this method agrees with practical situation of pavement. This method is convenient, non destructive, which can provide reference of guidance for practical engineering.
