高压配网系统中,结合敏感负荷特性,引入电压暂降风险作为电压稳定的考虑对象。选用STATCOM进行动态无功补偿,从暂态研究电压稳定。建立无功优化的单目标函数模型,将电压暂降损失、线路有功损耗、动态无功补偿装置费用经济量化相加。设定多组无功容量并求取相应的总支出费用。通过 Matlab 软件对费用和容量进行曲线拟合,以计算最优容量。最后以广东电网某片区进行实例仿真,求取对应的最优解,结果显示在提高电力系统的安全可靠性同时也大大降低了经济成本。
In high voltage distribution network system, combining with the sensitive load characteristics, this paper introduces risk of voltage sag as stability considerations object. It selects STATCOM device to function as a dynamic reactive power compensation and researches transient voltage stability. Single objective function model of reactive power optimization is put forward, which quantitatively adds the loss of voltage sag, the line active loss and cost of dynamic reactive power compensation devices. Here we calculate the multiple sets of the total cost corresponding to reactive power capacity. Finally, the fitting curve of cost and capacity is given by using MATLAB software to seek the corresponding optimal solution in some area of Guangdong power grid and the result shows that it not only improves the safety and reliability of the power system but also greatly reduces the economic cost.
