英文摘要：
This article reviews the recent progress in the research of applying the organic-inorganic hybrid materials POSS（polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes） into electroluminescent materials. It is pointed out that these materials will be widely used in the field of high technology in the near future due to their excellent thermodynamic and optical properties.
