The methodology of logical actionism is to separate between linguistic realm, thought realm and objective realm, as well as linguistic action, conscious action and objective action. More importantly, this methodology aims to distinguish action from their products or objects. The standard meter is the most contro- versial instance of The Contingent-A Priori-Knowledge. This paper is an attempt to consider critically on al- most all the debates about the standard meter, reveal the genuine reason for the failure of this example, clarify several confusions in the relevant discussions and offer a kind of new account for the rationality of the thesis of The Contingent-A Priori-Knowledge.
