MVC framework reduce the coupling between modules and provide a structured model for the development of large-scale expansion web application. MVC design pattern based on ASP.NET platform is discussed and the application of MVC design pattern is studied in ASP.NET platform. Based on the appraisal process of the enterprise, the excellence performance platform is designed and rea- lized. The main idea is given. The system implements the three-layer MVC modular on ASP.NET platform. The entire software development process systemic and the division of the software development and the application modular are realized. The rate of code reuse is increased and the maintenance cost is reduced. The system is security, scalability and easy to maintain.
