碱性介质中,以木薯淀粉和丙烯腈为原料,制备了氰乙基淀粉,并以氰乙基淀粉为基础制备了丙烯酰胺接枝氰乙基淀粉反应性增干强剂,讨论了合成条件,并优化了合成工艺。实验结果表明:当m(丙烯腈)/m(淀粉)=0.3,w(DMC)=15%,w(AM)=50%,w(NAM)=3%,w(KPS)=0.6%,增干强剂用量在0.4%左右时,纸张环压强度和抗张强度分别提高37.8%和42.1%。
Cyanoethyl starch was prepared by reacting cassava starch with acrylonitrile in alkaline medium, and then the acrylamide grafted cyanoethyl starch as a dry strengthening agent for paper was therefore prepared with it as raw material. Factors influencing synthetic conditions were discussed, and synthetic procedure was simultaneously optimized. The results show that paper is endowed with excellent strength performance when m(AN)/m(starch)=0.3, w(DMC)=15%, w(AM)=50%, w(NAM)=3%, w(KPS)=0.6% and the dosage of dry strength agent is 0.3%. Under such circumstances, the tensile strength and ring crush strength of paper are increased by 37.8% and 42.1% respectively.
