为了研究四川地区结核分枝杆菌的传播动态,选用12个VNTR位点对2009年1月至2009年12月间采集的结核分枝杆菌临床分离株进行基因分型研究.结果表明,在80株结核分支杆菌临床分离株中,12个VNTR位点鉴定出7个簇和65单独基因型.HGI指数对12个VNTR位点等位基因多态性的评估表明,选用的12个VNTR位点在临床分离株中表现出高度多态性,它们的HGI值为0.503至0.799.根据此多态性,选取的VNTR12个位点的组合应用可作为一线分型方法监测四川地区结核分枝杆菌的传播情况.
In order to investigate the transmission dynamics of Mycobacterium tuberculosis circulating in Sichuan, 80 clinical isolates were randomly selected from Jan 2009 to Dec 2009 and genotyped by scheme of 12 selected VNTRs analysis. Results showed that 80 clinical isolates were divided into 7 clusters and 65 unique genotypes. Diversity of alleles evaluated for 12 selected VNTRs by HGI value presented high polymorphisms among 80 clinical isolates by scoring from 0. 503 to 0. 799. It suggested that the combination of selected 12 VNTRs can serve as the first-line typing method applied in monitoring the transmission of M. tuberculosis circulating in Sichuan.
