针对常规沿空留巷技术在制约工作面回采速度和增大采空区作业危险性方面存在的局限性,提出一种新型沿空留巷技术——超前立柱式沿空留巷技术。为成功实施该技术,采用二次成巷和高强锚杆支护技术保证宽巷道的稳定性;选用钢管砂石柱作为巷旁支护体,其高强度性能可较好地切断和支撑顶板使宽巷道的一部分保留下来;柱间采用“钢丝网+风筒布+喷浆”防止沿空留巷与采空区间的漏风,使工作面实现Y型或U型通风。结果表明,该技术使巷道围岩控制效果良好,研究成果丰富了沿空留巷技术,可为其他矿井工作面设计提供参考。
In view of the limitations of conventional technology of gob-side entry retaining which constrains the recovery speed at the working face and increases the risk of gob work, a new technology of gob-side entry retaining with advance standing props was proposed. For successful implementation of the technology, the technology of roadway forming with two-time excavation and high strength bolt support were used to keep stability of the wider roadway, the sandstone-filled steel props were chosen as gob-side support bodies, whose high strength performance can better cut and support the roof to retain one part of the wide roadway; steel wire mesh, wind tube cloth and shotcrete were used to prevent air leakage between the roadway and gob, which realized the "Y" or "U" style ventilation mode. The re- suits have shown that the technology has good effects on the control of the roadway surrounding rock and promotes the cost reduction and efficiency increase of the mine. The research achievements can enrich the technology of gob-side entry retaining and provide reference for working face design in other mines.
