本论文主要以硫酸亚铁、氢氧化锂、磷酸为原料,以葡萄糖为碳源,采用溶胶-凝胶法和水热法制备新型电极材料磷酸铁锂。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、傅里叶红外衍射仪、X射线仪(XRD)等分析所制备样品的形貌、结构及组成。然后利用电池充放电测试系统和电化学工作站系统分析了样品的比容量、循环寿命、倍率性能、交流阻抗等电化学性能。
This paper mainly ferrous sulfate, lithium hydroxide, phosphoric acid as raw materials, with glucose as the carbon source, by sol-gel method and hydrothermal synthesis of novel electrode material, lithium iron phosphate. Analysis of the morphology of the prepared samples by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microseopy, Fourier transform infrared diffraction, X-ray instrument, structure and composition. Film electrode material and assembled lithium-ion battery button, anti then use the battery charge and discharge capacity lest systems and electrochemical workstation systems analysis of samples, cycle life, rate performance, AC impedance electrochemical properties.
