为了探寻模拟旋流喷嘴外部流动的新方法,对传统用于研究固体颗粒问题的离散单元法进行改进,并对海水淡化旋流喷嘴外部流场进行了模拟,研究了旋流喷嘴结构对其喷淋效果的影响。结果表明:用离散单元法来研究海水淡化喷嘴的喷淋特性具有一定可行性;切向旋流喷嘴中部宽度、出口宽度和中部折角对喷淋范围影响较大;在本文计算范围内中部高度、上部高度和入口高度对喷淋范围影响可以忽略。
To seek a numerical method to study external flow field of swirl nozzle,the discrete element method(DEM) used for the problems of particles movement was modified and extended to study the effect of nozzle structure on the spraying of desalination nozzle.The results show that the modified DEM model can be used to investigate the spraying of swirl nozzle.The central width,the outlet width and the central knuckle of the tangential swirl nozzle have greater effect on the sprinkler range,while the middle height,the upper height and the inlet height of the nozzle have negligible influence on the sprinkler range.
