军事地形学外业训练考核缺乏可覆盖全过程的信息化手段。文章解析了地形学外业训考实践环节的基本业务流程,分析了现有组织实施方式存在的问题,提出并实现了基于北斗系统的军事地形学外业解决方案。该方案能够实现军事地形学考核从前期准备到成绩评定的全过程自动化,以较低成本解决了传统模式信息化程度低、效益较差、过程不可控等问题,为军事地形学外业活动的开展提供了高效便捷的平台和方法支撑。

英文摘要：

Military topography is lack of overall information support system to the whole process of training and testing. This paper analyzed the main processes of the topography training and testing, resolved the existing organization and implementation mode, proposed and implemented a solution based on BeiDou Navigation Satellite System（BDS）. The solution system could achieve automation of the entire topography fieldwork process at a lower cost, from preparation to score. And it could solve the problem of poor efficiency, uncontrollable process in the traditional method. As well, a convenient and efficient platform was given in this paper to support the military topography training and testing.
