合成了1,3,5-苯三甲酰三(环己胺)(BTA-99)和1,3,5-苯三甲酰三(苯胺)(BTA-93)成核剂,并研究了其对聚丙烯结晶和熔融行为的影响。与高效商用环状二羧酸盐类聚丙烯成核剂HPN-68对比结果表明,BTA.99和BTA-93是高效的α晶型成核剂,其在聚丙烯中的最佳添加量分别为0.04%和0.07%,此时可将聚丙烯的结晶峰温度从空白聚丙烯的119.3℃分别提高到126.3℃和125℃,与HPN-68在最佳添加量0.2%下的成核效果相当。
1, 3, 5 - benzenetricarboxylic acid tris (cyclohexylamide) and 1, 3, 5 - benzenetricarboxylic acid tris (phenylamide) were prepared, and the effects on crystallization and melting behaviors of polypropylene (PP) were studied. The properties of PP nucleated with BTA-99 and BTA-93 were compared with those of PP nucleated with highly efficient commercial nucleating agent HPN-68. The results show that both BTA-99 and BTA-93 are highly efficient nucleating agents for α-form PP. The optimal addition amount of BTA-99 and BTA-93 in PP is 0. 04wt% and 0. 07wt%, respectively. Under the optimal addition amount, incorporation of BTA-99 or BTA-93 into PP increased the crystallization peak temperature from 119.3℃ of pure PP to 126. 3℃ and 125 ℃, respectively.
