Concerns chiefly on the Congo（Brazzaville） State Highway I EPC Project undertook by CSCEC.By scoring of the importance and possibility of risk factors,this paper concludes the influence and countermeasures for every risk factor in order to provide a reference to risk management in the similar international EPC project.
