目的调查10种牙膏和6种牙膏抑菌剂的抑菌效果。方法以大肠埃希菌、耐氨苄青霉素大肠埃希菌、表皮葡萄球菌和枯草芽胞杆菌为测试菌株,采用纸片扩散法观察抑菌效果,以抑菌圈的直径作为评价标准。结果 9种牙膏对大肠埃希菌无抑制作用。1种牙膏(含三氯生)对4种菌株均有抑菌作用,而且对4种菌株的抑菌圈都是最大的。6种牙膏抑菌剂中只有三氯生和度米芬对4种菌株均有抑制作用,但度米芬的抑菌圈远小于三氯生的抑菌圈。结论三氯生是目前较好的牙膏抑菌剂,应加强安全高效牙膏抑菌剂的研发。
Objective To investigate 10 toothpastes and the bacteriostatic agents of 6toothpastes.MethodsThe bacteriostasis and bacteriostatic agents of the toothpastes were observed using disk diffusion method.Escherichia coli,ampicillin-resistant Escherichia coli,Staphyococcus epidermidis and Bacillus subtilis were chose as the test strains and the diameter of bacteriostatic rings was selected as the evaluation standard in the test.Results 9toothpastes could not inhibit the growth of E.coli.1toothpaste(containing triclosan)could inhibit all of the 4test strains which had the largest bacteriostatic rings.For the 6bacteriostatic agents,only triclosan and domiphen bromide could inhibit all of the 4test strains,but the diameter of bacteriostatic ring of domiphen bromide was far smaller than that of triclosan.Conclusion Triclosan is a reasonable bacteriostatic agent at present.While we still should study some new secure-and-efficient bacteriostatic agents of toothpastes.
