结合路面取心实验,利用CT技术对沥青混凝土水破坏机理进行研究.实验表明:在无水状态的疲劳实验中沥青基质面积率略有增大,而在饱水状态沥青基质面积率减少;定义沥青混凝土中空隙增长为损伤变量,结合疲劳实验.得到不同应力水平下沥青混凝土的损伤演化方程和疲劳寿命方程.依此对某高速公路沥青混凝土路面进行水破坏分析,结果表明:该,路面在无水状态下满足设计要求,但在饱水状态下,其疲劳寿命和强度将达不到设计要求.
With macro-test and micro-test method , we researched the water damage of asphalt concrete pavement. Researching on asphalt concrete water damage mechanism by using CT (Computerized Tomography), the experiment result showed that the area of mastic asphalt increases without water fatigue testing and the area of mastic asphalt obviously reduce under saturation fatigue testing. Therefore, defining void-area increasing as the damage variable of asphalt concrete, with asphalt concrete fatigue test, we get the equation of damage evolution and the equation of fatigue life of asphalt concrete under different stress level, and do analysis of water damage about some asphalt concrete pavement of highway , the result showed that the pavement content to design requirement without water, but under saturation, the pavement fatigue life and strength can not content to design requirement.
