描述冶金磨矿工艺流程、运行指标及其影响因素,分析磨矿过程运行控制的复杂性,介绍磨矿过程监督控制、磨矿过程运行优化控制、磨矿过程运行反馈控制等基于模型的磨矿过程运行控制方法和技术以及磨矿运行控制软件的发展,最后指出在磨矿运行指标多目标智能优化、磨矿多模型运行控制、磨矿故障工况诊断和自愈控制、多网络环境下磨矿运行控制等方面的未来研究方向。
In this paper,the process and operational indices of the metallurgical grinding and their influence factors are described. The complexity of grinding operational control is analyzed. The different model-based methods and technologies of grinding operational control,such as the supervisory control,the operational optimization control,the operational feedback control,etc. and the development of softwares for grinding operational control are introduced. Finally,several possible research directions of grinding operational control,such as multi-objective intelligent optimization for grinding operational indices,grinding operational control based on multi-model,diagnosis and self-recovery control for fault working conditions,grinding operational control under multiple network environments,etc. are pointed out.
