为确保嘉绍大桥主航道斜拉桥在钢箱梁施工过程中的结构安全,运用有限元软件ANSYS,根据施工方案对嘉绍大桥钢箱梁施工过程中的2个最不利工况进行了稳定性和强度验算分析,并对桥面吊机前支点接触面积、起吊荷载重量等参数进行了计算分析。计算结果表明:钢箱梁施工过程中由施工临时荷载产生的结构局部稳定满足规范要求;局部应力值虽然较大,但能保证施工安全;若桥面吊机前支点接触面积减少50%则局部稳定达临界失稳状态;起吊重量增加20%则局部稳定性已不满足要求;通过控制桥面吊机的悬臂角度、起吊荷载重量、增大前支点接触面积等措施能减小施工临时荷载不利效应的产生,提高钢箱梁施工过程中的安全储备;在嘉绍大桥施工过程中钢箱梁横隔板平面内的稳定性大于平面外的稳定性。
In order to ensure structural safety of main channel cable-stayed bridge of Jiaxing - Shaoxing Bridge during the construction process of steel box girder, the local stability and strength under the two worst conditions are analyzed by using FE software ANSYS according to the construction scheme. The parameter analysis about the contact area of lifting machine's fore-support point and lift weight is done. The results show that ( 1 ) during the construction process of the steel box girder, the local stability caused by construction temporary loading accords with requirement of specification ; (2) although the local stresses are large, but the construction is still safe ; (3) the steel box girder will reach the state of critical instability if the contact area of lifting machine' s fore-support point is reduced 50%; (4) the local stability cannot accord with the requirement if the lift weight is increased by 20% ; (5) the detrimental effect of temporary loading during construction process can be weakened and the safety during construction process can be improved through controlling the cantilever angle of lifting machine, lift weight and increasing the contact area of lifting machine's fore-support point; (6) the in-plane stability of steel box girder diaphragm is greater than the out- plane stability during construction process.
