以8011合金为对象,研究了其精炼、除气、变质、铸轧、热处理后的组织变化及力学性能。结果表明,铝液中杂质在二次精炼后几乎完全消失;变质后晶粒更加均匀;冷轧后板带出现加工硬化,伸长率降低;再结晶热处理后,晶粒得到细化,加工硬化得以消除。
Effects of refining process, degassing, modification, roll-casting and heat treatment on micro- structure and tensileproperties of 8011 alloy were analyzed. It is found that after secondary refinery, the impurities are almost removed . Grains are refined with more homogenization after modification. Cold rolling strips are strengthened with decrease of elongation. Recrystallization treatment can improve the grain size and eliminate the working hardening effects.
