自电泳技术问世以来,电泳技术发展极其迅速,各种电泳技术及相关仪器相继问世。目前,电泳技术广泛用于氨基酸、核苷酸、多肽、蛋白质等物质的分离与鉴定。许多电泳仪器已经被临床实验室采用,为许多疾病的诊断提供了帮助,成为临床医学研究中的重要工具。本文介绍基于不同分离原理的电泳技术及其技术优势和不足,对电泳技术在临床医学上的应用进行了概述,并对电泳技术的临床应用发展做了展望。
Eelectrophoretic technique has quick development, and various electrophoresis and related instrument have come out. At present, the electrophoresis technology is widely used in separation and identification of amino acids, nucleotides, peptides and proteins and other substances. Many electrophoresis instruments have been used in clinical laboratories, and helpful in the diagnosis of many diseases, which made it an important tool in the study of clinical medicine. In this paper, different electrophoresis technology based on the separation principle together with the advantages and disadvantages were introduced, the application of electrophoresis technology in clinical medicine was summarized and development of clinical application was discussed.
