动物结核病是由结核分枝杆菌感染引起的慢性人畜共患性传染病,野生动物也能感染,其中牛科动物对于牛分枝杆菌极具易感性。笔者对动物园的一例疑似大角斑羚结核病病料进行实验室诊断,结合动物发病过程和症状描述,采用细菌学染色,组织切片病理学检查和核酸PCR检测三种方法,以进一步明确其是否为致病性结核分枝杆菌感染。结果表明:在肺组织中发现分枝杆菌,并出现典型的临床症状和病理组织学变化,PCR检测到288 bp特异性条带,确诊发病羚羊患有结核病。检测结果说明圈养的大角斑羚能自然感染牛分枝杆菌,并可致其死亡,动物园应定时筛查易感动物,以防止动物感染和疾病传播。
Animal tuberculosis is a chronic zoonotic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M. tuberculosis) infection, and wild animals can also be infected, of which Bovidae animals are highly susceptible to M. tuberculosis. A laboratory diagnosis was performed on the pathological materials from a case of suspected tuberculosis in Taurotragus oryx in a zoo, and then the throe methods of bacteriological stai- ning, pathological examination of histological sections, and PCR detection of nucleic acid were used to farther determine whether it was pathogenic M. tuberculosis infection or not combining the descriptions for the development and symptoms of the animal disease. The results showed that Mycobacterium was found in the lung tissue with typical clinical symptoms and histopathological changes, and a 288 bp special band was detected by PCR. It was diagnosed that the Taurotragus oryx suffered from tuberculosis. The detection results indicate that the Taurotragus oryx in captivity can be naturally infected with M. Bovis, which may cause its death. It is suggested that the susceptible animals in the zoo should be screened regularly to prevent animal infection and disease transmission.
