反循环钻井过程中,压缩气体沿双壁钻杆环状间隙进入井底,在井底借助反循环钻头抽吸作用形成反循环流场,而后携带岩屑沿中心通道上返至地面。根据气体反循环钻井工作原理和钻井工具结构特征,研制了气体反循环钻井井底流场模拟实验装置,该型实验装置能够模拟反循环钻井中井底流体的运动过程,并能对井底反循环效果进行验证和评价。反循环实验器教学装置的研制完善了气体反循环钻井技术的实验教学环节,同时激发学生们深入研究反循环钻具结构的兴趣。
In the process of reverse circulation drilling, compressed air goes through a reverse circulation experiment device to monitor the flow and pressure parameters. Then it is along the annular gap of the double wall drill pipe into the bottom of the well, through rotary injection hole of the reverse circulation bit, to form the rotating upwelling that has pumping action. Finally, cuttings are carried back to the surface along the center channel. According to the principle of reverse circulation drilling and structure of drilling tools, reverse circulation experiment device was developed. The experimental device can simulate the movement process of drilling fluid in the downhole, and verify and evaluate the effect of reverse circulation. The development of the reverse circulation experiment teaching device improved the experimental teaching of the air reverse circulation drilling technology and could stimulate the interest of the students to study the structure of the reverse circulation drilling tools.
