螺旋曲面的应用范围越来越广,精度要求越来越高。针对螺旋桨制造工艺中螺旋曲面加工难度大,精度难以保证等问题,对螺旋曲面的螺距误差进行了研究,给出了局部螺距误差的计算方法,通过对局部螺距误差以及截面、叶片的误差计算控制,能够在螺旋曲面制造过程中控制曲面形状,提高制造精度。
The application of helical surface is widely used in industry. Measuring and calculating the screw pitch error quickly and precisely is very important for the propeller manufacture. Helical surface is dificult to process for the propeller manufacture, it is difficult to guarantee accuracy. The method to measure and calculate the screw pitch error of propeller was studied, which can control surface shape and improve the precision during the processing of helical surface through control the screw pitch error, section pitch error and vane pitch error.
