研究γ-2CaO·SiO2的分解性能对于判断铝酸钙炉渣溶出过程中是否有二次反应发生和氧化铝损失具有重要意义。研究了不同的合成温度和保温时间对合成产物物相的影响,结果发现:合成温度1500℃保温时间60min以上时可获得纯γ-2CaO·SiO2且其分解性能不再随着保温时间的增加而改变。采用二次回归正交试验法对1500℃保温60min合成的γ-2CaO·SiO2进行了分解性能的研究,详细考察了其受苛碱和碳钠浓度、氧化铝浓度、分解温度以及分解时间的影响规律,得到的回归方程在0.01水平上高度显著,且方程回归值与试验值的相对误差不超过3%。由该回归方程计算可知,γ-2CaO·SiO2在溶出过程中有少量的分解,但是不会引起氧化铝的损失。
γ-2CaO · SiO2, which exists calaium aluminate slag, can lead to secondary reaction in sodium aluminate solution. If this happened, alumina would be lost. So it is important to study the leaching property of γ-2CaO ·SiO2. The effects of temperature and time on synthetic products were studied. The results showed that pure γ-2CaO ·SiO2 was obtained from the mixture of 2CaO/SiO2 tool ratio 2:1 at 1500 ℃ during more than 60 min, and the leaching property of the product didn't change with synthetic time. Besides, quadratic regressive orthogonal test was used to study the effects of NK, NC, AO, leaching time and temperature had on the leaching property of γ-2CaO · SiO2 synthesized at 1500 ℃ during 60 min. The regressive equation that obtained was highly significant at 0.01 level. What's more, relative error of regressive value and testing value was less than 3%. γ-2CaO · SiO2 leached a little quantity so as not to cause alumina lossing calculated by this equation.
