采用马来酸掺杂制备了MgB2/Fe超导带材。利用X光衍射、扫描电镜、电测和磁测等手段对样品进行了表征。结果显示,马来酸掺杂显著提高了带材在磁场下的临界电流密度和上临界场。掺杂样品在高磁场下具有良好的临界电流性能主要归因于马来酸分解产生的高活性C对B的替代引起的HC2提高和由晶粒细化而引入的磁通钉扎中心。
We have investigated the effects of maleic acid (C4H4O4) doping on the superconducting properties of the powder-in-tube processed MgB2/Fe tapes. A significant enhancement in Jc and HC2 of MgB2 has been achieved by doping maleic acid. Samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transport and magnetic measurements. The improvement of the superconducting properties in doped samples was attributed to the increase of HC2 resulted from C substitution for boron and to a high density of flux-pinning centers resulted from refined grains.
