潘尼管是利用电子在高频结构中的位置选择机制实现驻波净能量交换的回旋器件,具有高效率与低磁场的显著特点。本文对W波段6次谐波外开槽结构潘尼管进行了研究,推导出外开槽结构波导的特征方程。并就开槽数为7,工作在2π模式下的这种结构的频率与各个半径之间的关系作了分析。研究了不同槽深所对应的色散曲线以及间隙半张角对特征值的影响。结果表明:开槽越深特征根越小,间隙半张角越大,特征值曲线下降速度越快。
Peniotron is a Gyro-Device which use position choice mechanism in interaction structure to realize the electron energy exchange.It has notable features of high efficiency and low magnetic field.In this paper,W-band Sixth-Harmonic outer slotted structure peniotron is studied.The eigen-equation of waveguide with outer slotted structure is derived.The relation of frequency and radius of 7slots 2π operation mode device is analyzed.The influence of slots depth and half angle on dispersion curve and latent root is discussed.The simulation result shows that the root value is smaller when the depth of slot is deeper and the latent root descend faster when the half angle is bigger.
