当液体静压导轨的油腔产生周期性位移扰动时,导轨必然受到影响而随之产生被动振动.以油腔位移扰动下的液体静压导轨为对象,分别建立了闭式、开式静压导轨的被动振动模型,推导了静压导轨系统的油膜刚度、阻尼系数.从理论上分析了导轨设计参数对系统的固有频率、幅值的影响.以闭式液体静压导轨为范例,对导轨系统的固有频率、幅值放大系数进行了分析,结果表明:调整油腔压力,油膜厚度可以改变系统的固有频率;在位移干扰下,导轨被动振动的幅值放大系数基本不受油腔压力、油膜厚度、油液温度的影响,主要取决于油腔位移扰动.所做的研究详细分析了工程实际中油腔位移干扰下液体静压导轨的被动振动,为工程中降低导轨振动、提高加工精度而提供了参考依据.
For the oil pocket of the liquid hydrostatic slide,if the periodical displacement perturbation take places,the slide itself is influenced inevitably and then vibrates passively.Based on the model of the hydrostatic slide that is under the displacement perturbation of the oil pocket,the passive vibration of the open type and the closed type hydrostatic slide are established,and the oil film stiffness and the damping coefficient of the hydrostatic slide are derived.The influence of the design parameters of the slide system on the natural frequency and the amplitude is analyzed theoretically.Take the close type liquid hydrostatic slide as example,the nature frequency and the amplitude amplifying coefficient are analyzed.The result shows that the nature frequency can be regulated by change the pressure of the oil pocket and the thickness of the oil film,and then under the interference of the oil pocket's displacement perturbation the pressure of the oil pocket,the thickness of the oil film and the oil temperature make no impact on the amplitude,but the displacement perturbation of the oil pocket does.The proposed research analyzes the passive vibration of the liquid hydrostatic slide system under the displacement perturbation of the oil pocket,and provides a basis for reducing the vibration of the slide and improving the machining accuracy in the practical engineering.
