通过将玉米淀粉热解并且酶解制备了一种水泥水化热调控材料,可降低水泥水化放热速率峰值60%以上.通过水泥水化热和凝结时间测试,所筛选出的水化热调控材料最佳合成条件为:玉米淀粉240℃热解2h,加50U/g淀粉的中温α-淀粉酶50℃水解4h,加30%体积的乙醇(除小分子糖).在此条件下制备的水泥水化热调控材料略微延长了混凝土凝结时间,但对后期强度没有影响.
A cement hydration heat regulating material,which was prepared by pyrolysis and enzymatic hydrolysis of corn starch,can reduce the cement hydration exoihermic rate peak more than 60%. Selected by cement hydration heat and setting time test,the optimum conditions for the preparation of the cement hydration heat regulating material: corn starch was pyrolyscd at 240 ℃ for 2 h, enzymatic hydrolysis was carried out with 50 U/g of starch of mid-temperature a-amylase at 50 ℃ for 4 h, smaller sugars were removed by addition of 30% volume of ethanol. The cement hydration heat regulating material prepared in this condition ex2 tended the setting time of concrete slightly,but had no influence on the later strength.
