英文摘要：

Industrial modularization is the development of industrial organization＇s modularization based on technical modularization. System integration enterprise is the key part of modularization industry, so the growth of its technical capability has great influence on the development of entire industry. First, this paper explains the principle of industry modularization, defines and illuminates the structure and mechanism of industrial organization and knowledge system in modularized industry. And then the paper proposes the concept of key module, and points out that key module is fundamental to a modular system＇s existence and development. Through analysis the characteristics of the organize structure and knowledge system of modularization industry, an analysis framework about the growth of technical capability of system integration enterprise is put forward. Afterwards, the paper selects two typical modularize industry in China communication facility manufacturing in dustry and the car manufacturing industry, and independently analyses the growth of technical capability under different cultivation patterns. It finally summarizes the growth ways, content, drivers and mode of technical capability of China＇s system integration enterprise, and then puts forward the suggestions of accelerating the growth of technical capabilities of system integration enterprise based on these conclusion.
