为了在工业设计领域提升设计方案的创新性和生成效率，提出一种基于产品外观案例的显性和隐性设计知识管理方法，该方法根据产品外观设计知识和情景的特征建立了知识管理的目标和流程，通过引入外观设计知识本体框架和算法机制，支持设计师搜索相关案例，进行知识重用，最后利用手机外观设计知识管理系统，对该方法进行了说明和验证。
英文摘要：
A design knowled knowledge about product form, ge management method, which includes explicit and tacit design is developed to improve the innovation and efficiency of industrial design solutions. According to the characters of form design knowledge and knowledge context, the method establishes the targets and builds the process of management. And by introducing the form design knowledge ontology frame and reasoning algorithm, the method can help the designers to search the cases and to reuse the knowledge. In the end, the design knowledge management system of mobile phones is built to explain and test the method.
