RNA干扰(RNAi)是存在于真核生物体内的一种阻断外源基因表达的自我防御体系,是由双链RNA介导的使与其互补的具有同源序列的单链RNA进行特异性的降解过程。近年来,国内学者将RNAi技术广泛应用于肝癌相关基因的功能研究,综述了RNAi技术研究与肝癌转移复发相关基因功能的进展。

It is a process in which double-chained RNA triggers the degradation of single - chained homologous messenger RNA(mRNA). Many researchers have carried out a series of experiments about RNA interfering in genes function in hepatocellular carcinoma cells at home and abroad in the past few years. These reports include some progress about genes related to invasion and metastasis in hepatocellular carcinoma.
