文章以珠三角制造企业为研究对象,采用实证研究的方法考察IT能力与绩效之间的关系,构建了以IT能力为自变量,企业绩效为因变量,学习型文化为调节变量的研究架构。结果表明,IT能力对企业绩效有正向影响,学习型文化的调节作用显著,企业通过塑造学习型文化,将有利于IT能力的充分发挥。
This paper takes the manufacturing enterprises in the Pearl River Delta as the research objects and makes an empirical study of the relationship between their IT capability and performance,forming a research framework with IT capability as an independent variable,the enterprise performance as a dependent variable and the learning culture as a regulating variable.The results of the study show that IT capability has a positive effect on enterprise performance,learning culture has a positive regulating effect on the relationship between them,and IT capability will be brought into full play if the learning culture is well developed.
