社会网络分析可以作为组织知识管理的辅助工具与方法,在本文中被用来研究发明者之间的合作网络结构。通过对2006年世界数字信息传输技术领域27572项基本专利的33480位发明者合作状况进行计量分析,绘制高产发明者的合作网络图谱,形象地展示出世界数字信息传输技术领域高产发明者之间的合作关系。研究表明,该技术领域专利的合作率达到65.06%;高产发明者科研绩效与其在合作网络中的度中心度呈现明显的正相关。结合定量分析的结果,提出中国研发部门科研人员应加强合作、提高科研绩效的建议。
As the assistant tools of knowledge management, Social network analysis and patentmetric analysis can be used to study the structure of collaboration networks of inventors. We analyzed 33 480 inventors of 27 572 basic patents patented during 2006 in the field of international digital information transmission technology and drew the map of collaboration network of prolific inventors, which showed the close collaborative relationship between the inventors. The present study shows that the collaboration ratio of this field is up to 65.06% and the scientific performance of prolific inventors is correlated with its degree centrality in the network apparently. Based on the quantitative results, the authors put forward suggestions that Chinese researchers should strengthen collaboration to enhance scientific performance.
