针对在高速重载工况下滑轮存在的问题,研发了一种新型冷轧薄壁重载轻型免维护滑轮。通过实验数据和理论分析,给出滑轮绳槽、腹板板厚的合理值,将腹板设计为薄壁箱形结构,有效减轻自重,过载能力达2倍,工作稳定可靠。巧妙地利用封闭措施,至少5年无需添加和更换润滑油,实现了滑轮运转工作的零维护。并对绳槽进行热处理和机加工,提高其抗磨性、精度和光洁度,使滑轮满足高速重载长期安全运转的需要。
This paper provides a new cold-rolled thin-wall heavy-load light-duty maintenance-free pulley designed to solve problems in the pulley under high-speed heavy-load conditions.With experimental data and theoretical analysis,the reasonable value of the rope slot and web thickness of pulley is given.The web is designed to have the thin-wall box structure which can effectively reduce the self-weight.The overload capacity is 2 times that of the rated capacity and it can work stably and reliably.It is enclosed type so that there is no need to add or replace the lubricating oil for at least 5 years,which achieves maintenance-free operation of the pulley.The rope slot is subject to heat treatment and machined to make it more resistant to wear,precise and smooth,so that the pulley can meet the needs for high-speed,heavy-load and long-term safe operation.
