以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸十六酯(HDA)为单体,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,聚乙烯醇为分散剂,采用悬浮聚合法制得了高吸油性树脂.正交实验得最佳合成条件是:单体配比nHDA∶nMMA=2∶1,交联剂质量分数为1.00%,引发剂质量分数为1.20%,分散剂质量分数为0.15%,在此条件下制得的树脂吸油倍率为13.97 g.g-1.
A high oil absorption resin was synthesized from suspension polymerization,using methyl methacrylate and hexadecyl acrylate as copolymers,N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide as cross linking agent and azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator vinyl alcohol as dispersant.The optimum conditions are as follows:molar ratio of hexadecyl acrylate to methyl methacrylate is 2∶1,mass ratios of cross linking agent,initiator,dispersant are 1.00%,1.20% and 0.15% to hexadecyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate.The results show that absorbency of the resin is about 13.97 g·g-1.
