汽车发电机噪声控制的方法中最直接、最有效、最经济的措施就是降低声源噪声。因此,噪声控制的一切努力和措施首先必须在发声地考虑低噪声设计。本文对噪声产生机理进行分析,在此基础上研究噪声源的识别方法,借助国内某知名企业的噪声实验室,采集电磁噪声数据,对当前较难解决的汽车发电机电磁噪声源问题进行研究,为发电机从噪声源头降噪设计提供依据。
The most direct method of vehicle alternator noise control is to reduce the noise of the sound source, which is the most effective and economic measure. Then all efforts and measures to control noise are put into consideration of the low-noise design. The noise source identification methods were researched, based on mechanism of noise. The mechanism for noise to be produced was analyzed. With the help of the noise laboratory in some well-known domestic enterprises, electronic noise data were collected, then, the current problems on vehicle alternator electronic noise source were researched. Finally, the basis for the design of vehicle alternator bearing the source of noise reduction program is provided.
