Based on the planned behavior theory, from the standard and non-standard recycling perspective as well as the e- motional and rational recycling behavior intention view, this paper empirically studies e-waste recycling behavior intention and its factors. The result shows that emotional and rational recycling behavior intention belongs to standard and nonstandard recycling orientation respectively. Variables such as recycling attitude, knowledge and situation perception influence emotional recycling behavior intention and have no casual relation with rational recycling behavior intention. Subjective standard affects recycling attitude. Situational factor can directly affect recycling attitude and adjust the recycling attitude＇s influence on emotional recycling behavior intention.
