通过对冲击和研磨力学模型、振动磨机两自由度线性振动模型、非线性碰撞振动模型、离散磨介群动力学模型的比较分析,离散磨介群动力学模型可以更准确地定量分析整个磨筒流场内磨介各物理量的变化规律以及磨介群内部“粒子”之间耦合关系.在此基础上,根据离散磨介群动力学模型所描述的磨介群运动学特征,借助于电子计算机模拟了不同参数条件下离散磨介群的运动轨迹,结果说明对应于振动磨机不同工作参数的组合,磨介群有着不同的工作状态和作用方式,能量分布亦有不同.这也为振动磨机的进一步研究和开发提供了理论依据.
The comparative study of 2-DOF Linear vibration model, nonlinear collision model of the vibration mill and the disperse milling medium group model showed that the disperse milling dynamical model could be more accurate quantitative analysis the medium group physical changes of the entire tube mill flow, and described relationship between the "particles" inside the medium group. Based on this and According to disperse milling medium group kinematics characteristic which the disperse milling medium group model describes, with the help of computer simulated the medium trajectories in the different parameters conditions, showed that different operational parameter combination of vibration mill, the milling medium groups had different active status and function way, and also the the energy distribution. All of these provide important theoretical basis for the further research and development of the Vibration mill.
