采用文献资料法、比较法等研究方法,概述了自21世纪以来欧洲国家体育场馆建设发展的状况,归纳了欧洲国家体育场馆建设发展的趋势,分析了欧洲学界对体育场馆建设的争议,提出了对我国体育场馆建设的启示。研究结果表明：虽然在世界杯和欧洲杯等大型体育赛事的促推下,欧洲国家体育场馆的建设与发展兴盛,但是,体育场馆建设在欧洲学界存在争议,且呈现反对大型体育场馆建设的学术倾向;欧洲国家体育场馆建设投资形式多元化,建设环保节能化、综合化和多功能化,场馆发展呈现城市中心化、学校化,场馆运营管理网络化,同时体育场馆建设成为欧洲国家城市更新和发展地方经济的助推器。提出创新我国体育场馆建设投资模式、科学规划体育场馆建设规模、促进场馆建设与城市和地方经济发展相融合等我国体育场馆建设发展的建议。

英文摘要：

Using Literature review approach,comparison and other methods,the author has overviewed the recent situation of the stadium construction,analyzing the main debates on sports facility construction,generalized the trends of sports facility construction and development in European since 21 Century,and then the author puts forward to some inspirations for the sports facility construction in our China. The research conclusions are as follows： now even the booming development of sports facility construction in Europe thanks to the World Cup,European Cup and so on,there are some debates about sports facility construction,and the opposing opinions of Large stadiums construction has gradually increased in Europe academia.The sports facility construction and development shows some trends,which are the investment model of sports facility has become more diversified,the development of sports facility has become more environmental friendly,energy- saving and city centralized,the construction of sports facility has been comprehensive and multifunction,the management operations of sports facility has been networked,and the construction of sports facility also has been viewed as the main means of urban regeneration and local economic development in Europe. After that,the author puts some inspirations for the Chinese sports facilities construction and development.
