研究了反激式微型逆变器数学建模问题。针对现有建模方法中采用电阻等效代替电动势负载的做法导致模型不精确,以及无法得到诺顿等效模型的问题,提出了一种基于小信号分析的改进建模方法,利用该方法建立了反激式微型逆变器系统结构框图,得到了系统准确的诺顿等效模型。最后,分别进行了理论分析和仿真验证,并设计了250 W样机进行了实验验证。
The mathematical modeling problem of the flyback micro-inverter is researched.In existing modeling methods,the electromotive force load is replaced by the equivalent resistance,which makes the model imprecise and the Norton equivalent model unobtainable.In view of these problems,an improved modeling method based on small signal analysis theory is proposed.By adopting the improved method,the structure diagram of a flyback micro-inverter system is developed,as is the accurate equivalent Norton model of the system.Finally,theoretical analysis and simulation verification are conducted,while a250 W prototype has proved the method.
